Sinrr is a place to make real friends, find companionship, and share the stories that make us who we are. Real friendships. Real connections. Anywhere in the USA.
Sinrr was created by Jonathan W. South. Founded in the Grass Valley area of Northern California, Sinrr welcomes people from across the United States. Big city or small town, all 50 states and Washington, D.C. — distance never keeps anyone from making a friend here.
Friendship comes first here. Love is welcome too: adults who are single and hoping to meet someone have their own separate, opt-in Singles Room. But nobody ever has to share relationship status or romantic interest to belong.
What Sinrr isn’t
- It isn’t a dating app with a friendship section bolted on.
- It isn’t a social network built to keep you scrolling.

Free, for everyone, always
Every friendship and communication feature on Sinrr is free, permanently: chat, private conversations, profiles, stories, and listening to stories. There is no paid tier, no paid matchmaking, and no paid “boosts”. If you’d like to help with hosting, moderation, and community events, you can support Sinrr — entirely optionally.
How we look after each other
Sinrr is for adults 18 and older. Real people moderate it. Every member can report and block, private conversations only begin when both people agree, and you choose exactly what to share on your profile. Read our community guidelines and safety tools.
